Due to increased popularity of 5-MeO-DMT (from people like Joe Rogan, Mike Tyson, and the new psychedelic Renaissance) there are lots of people online who think it's OKAY to kidnap and imprison these creatures in fish tanks etc. in their homes and keep them as pets.
This is NOT okay.
In fact, this is morally reprehensible and destructive to their ecosystem and most importantly, NOT NEEDED as synthetic is a far better, superior, safer, and cheaper alternative that produces the *SAME* effects in a more precise manner.
Organic toad venom also contains compounds called Cardiac Glycosides and other alkaloids that actually INCREASE the dangers of smoking toad venom, especially at higher doses and with people who may have pre-existing heart conditions etc.
So, don't be an asshole and kidnap toads and brag about it to people online - and if you run into one of those assholes, please share a link to this video and spread it around.
People who proclaim that LOVE IS EVERYTHING as a result of the 5-MeO experience while simultaneously contributing to the destruction of the Bufo Alvarius toads by using toad venom and/or imprisoning toads in their homes are a walking contradiction.
These toads remain in hibernation with their own kind, underground for over 9 MONTHS+ of the year, and no matter how you try to justify it, it is *IMPOSSIBLE* to replicate their natural environment / ecosystem in your house.
Don't be an asshole - use Synthetic 5-MeO-DMT instead.
Synthetic 5-MeO-DMT is abundantly available via various Canadian Labs etc, and you're just a few Google searches away.
